I don't know much about 9/11, but I have heard a lot about that day 11 years and
1 day ago. That Tuesday morning when the terrorists were attacking the Pentagon
and the World Trade Center. It was the start of an attack on the U.S to make us
seem like if we are weak instead of strong. There were four planes that were
supposed to hit, but only three were successful. One at the Pentagon, two at the
Twin Towers, and the fourth was to hit the Capitol building. On the fourth plane
the passengers found out what was going on and landed the plane. 9/11 was really
sad.

The book I am reading right now is called The Hunger Games by Suzanne
Collins. I am reading this book because I heard that it is a really good book.
It is about this girl named Katniss who lives in the ruins of North America.
Since, a long time ago her home rebelled against the Capitol they are forced to
compete in the Hunger Games. The Hunger Games is where all of the districts have
to send to tributes ,one male and one female, to fight to the death on public
television. When Katniss's sister gets chosen Katniss joins as tribute instead
of her sister.

I am interested about the election, but sometimes I am not. I want to know who our new president will be and my parents are watching all of the campaign speeches. Of  course, I do my homework during the speeches, but I sometimes listen to them. I don't want the election to happen because that is all everybody talks about. Can't we have the election sooner so we don't have to listen to all of the speeches talking on the radio?  Also, can we have one speech from each candidate instead of about ten million? Everywhere they go the talk for a really long time. And the candidates stay on the eastern side of the country. By the time they finish there and go to the Western states the whole country has basically voted and we don't get any pick on the candidates.

When I started middle school my biggest fear was that I would get lost and not be able to find my classes. On the first day though I figured out where my classes were and didn't get lost. I also found out that some of my friends were in the same classses with me. It was challenging getting to my classes, since the hallways are like one big traffic jam with everyone pushing and shoving, so you might end up walking right in front of some kids. Overall, I did not have my fear come true.
